Returns

All sales are FINAL. We will however exchange sizes if item(s) does not fit properly (Some restrictions apply, see below for details)

If your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us at info@iambrendalove.com for a replacement.

Refunds 

All sales are FINAL. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

The exchange must be requested within 15days from the order date.

Include a note in your exchange noting the new correct size that you would like. 

You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. I Am Brenda Love will cover the cost of shipping out your new size shirt back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
